Deployment Lead

Role Overview

As a Deployment Lead, you will be the player/coach driving our most critical AI deployments while leading and mentoring a team of top-tier Deployment Strategists. You'll translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions, acting as the bridge between hands-on client success and broader revenue and product strategy.

What You Will Do

Player/Coach Leadership: Mentor and elevate a team of high-performing Deployment Strategists while remaining hands-on in executing top-tier, complex deployments. Building the 1-to-100 Playbook: Architect, test, and standardise highly structured deployment playbooks that can be seamlessly rolled out across new international markets.

Benefits
