Scorewarrior is looking for an IT Support Engineer to help employees with their workplace IT environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in end-user (employees) support
- Admin experience with Windows, Linux, macOS
- Experience with ticket systems (e.g., FreshDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Understanding of SLAs and ticket prioritization
- IT asset inventory experience (e.g., Snipe-IT, GLPI, OCS, Jira Assets)
- Admin experience with SaaS/self-hosted services
