Senior Platform Engineer

The Senior Platform Engineer will work closely with end users and engineering teams to understand platform requirements, conduct gap analysis, and assess operational needs. The role involves designing, building, and owning cloud-native platforms supporting data and application workloads, leading the development and operation of Kubernetes-based runtime environments, and owning the full lifecycle of platform services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP or Azure.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Helm).
• Experience working with databases and data infrastructure (e.g., SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Redis).
• Experience with messaging or streaming systems such as Kafka.
• Strong proficiency in Linux environments.
• Experience developing automation or services using Python, Java, Go, or Bash.
• Familiarity with enterprise logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Loki).
• Proven ability to own platforms end-to-end and support production-critical systems in regulated environments.
