
Job description
The Desktop Support professional will work with the IT infrastructure team to solve tickets for PC workstations, switches, printers and copiers. The Desktop Support professional will have to prioritize tickets and work to repair, track inventory and deploy new systems.
Assist with computer device administration and maintenance, handle computer deployment and computer hardware refreshes, provide end user support, license tracking and upgrades/configurations for PC maintenance.
The Desktop Support professional should have an A+ certification, experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10, and experience with Active Directory.
