Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager job involves overseeing building operations, administrative duties, and leasing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Support daily operations of assigned properties within the organization's blended model.
• Assist with leasing, certifications, evictions, and marketing while ensuring compliance with HUD requirements, Fair Housing laws, and organizational policies.
• Provide support to the property management team, assisting with tasks and preparation of required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage work orders for assigned properties.
• Help manage janitorial inventory for site supplies and conduct regular property inspections.
