Job Description
SNI is seeking a Desktop Support professional to work with the IT infrastructure team to solve tickets for PC workstations, switches, printers, and copiers. The candidate will assist with computer device administration and maintenance, handle computer deployment and hardware refreshes, and provide end user support.
Requirements
- A+ certification
- Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
