Job Description
Patient Services Representative role involves ensuring efficient and accurate management of patients during their appointment, including greeting patients, completing forms, providing information, and handling patient inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, health information systems, and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, record management, and communication
