A nonprofit healthcare organization in Philadelphia is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join its dental team. The position involves creating a welcoming patient experience, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a dental office front desk, receptionist, or scheduler role
• Experience using Dental Practice Management Systems (eCW or similar EDR software)
• Strong understanding of dental terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
