Investment Senior Associate or Principal (Tokyo)

Evaluates new investments in Japan and the US, prepares deal memos and quarterly reports, and supports fundraising and fund administration tasks. Builds relationships within the startup community and sources potential investment opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working in or with technology companies, startups, investment banking, corporate development, management consulting, venture capital, or private equity
• Experience with fundraising and related documentation/requirements
• Strong interpersonal and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated close attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
