SCS Financial is looking for an Associate to join the Client Service Solutions team. The Associate will participate in the support of client relationships, organization and maintenance of client information, cashiering and money movements, and facilitation of various firmwide support functions.
Requirements
- Daily Cashiering: process and reconcile money movements on behalf of clients with strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Interface directly with external custodian banks in the account opening and asset transfer process.
- Lead account opening and new client onboarding project plans, including communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Maintain existing client information; ensure all necessary data and documentation is accurately captured and preserved in the Firm’s database
- Support alternative investment processing procedures on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with other middle office teams to ensure client portfolio information is accurate and updated on a regular and timely basis.
- Assist in all ad hoc information or report requests from advisors.
- Participate in the enhancement of firmwide projects designed to improve the overall client experience, internal workflows, or data movement around the Firm.
