Payroll Manager

Role Overview

You will be the main point of contact for one or more clients, responsible for the realization of the monthly payroll. You will work with experienced payroll managers and have the opportunity to climb in skills.

What You Will Do

Collect, verify and enter/integrate variable pay elements, manage and control client payrolls, participate in social declarations, absence and exit declarations, respond to client questions, contribute to reporting, and follow up on pay-related deadlines.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a proactive and agile individual with in-depth knowledge of payroll technical logics and basic parameter settings. You should be able to use a payroll engine (ALICIA Paie) and have experience in payroll management.

Requirements

• Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in payroll management
• Validation of initial training in French payroll SD Worx or validation of equivalent external experience
• Ability to use a payroll engine (ALICIA Paie)
• Understanding of payroll technical logics and basic parameter settings (ALICIA Paie levels 4 and 5)
• Application of standard controls to ensure the reliability of pay elements
• Intermediate English and French language skills
