Job description
The Financial Controller is a key leadership team position within the Aflex Hose site in the UK, responsible for providing financial expertise and strategic business perspective to the leadership team. The role leads a team of five and is responsible for all finance activities within the site.
Provide high-quality financial insight and expertise as a business partner to the Aflex Hose Managing Director, lead the Finance team, and be responsible for all aspects of Financial Reporting, Planning, Compliance Governance for the site.
The role requires strong technical accounting skills, ability to understand the link between financial and operational performance, and ability to influence Spirax Group IT and WMFTS Global IS teams.
