Senior Group Financial Controller

Role Overview

We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. You will work closely with the Head of Controlling, gaining strong exposure to group-level topics and progressively taking ownership of reporting and consolidation activities.

What You Will Do

Monthly group closing and consolidation, support group management reporting and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting, point of contact for local finance teams, compliance with group controlling standards, follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables, resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• 4–7 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to AI Tools and Data Automation is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Fluent English – Working Language
• Additional languages are a plus
