Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead and strengthen the Group's accounting control, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing structure, improving financial visibility, enhancing reporting processes, and ensuring timely and accurate financial management across the Group's international operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL or equivalent) will be considered an asset
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant professional experience, within Shipping
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, accounting controls, and multi-company structures
• Excellent understanding of accounting standards and financial processes
• Proven experience managing external auditors and financial stakeholders
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
