Pool Monitors are responsible for keeping a close eye on the users of the swimming pools and associated facilities to ensure safe behavior and assist with problems.
Requirements
- Provides excellent guest service.
- Verifies homeowners as they enter pool facilities
- Performs safety check and performs first aid as needed.
- Keeps pool areas clean (Pick up and properly dispose of trash, clean leaves/ debris from splash pad skimmer baskets, skims leaves or surface debris from water as needed)
- Monitors maintenance of pool area (Cleanliness of water and pool deck, restrooms, showers, furniture, etc.) and reports quality concerns to management office.
- Ensures there is no running or rough-housing on the pools or on the decks (engage residents directly with courtesy and respect – do not yell from a distance or use bullhorn)
- Enforces all posted rules and regulations as outlined in the pool and splash park guidelines.
- Closes the pool
