Job description
Lead the development and implementation of advanced maritime navigation technologies, overseeing high-complexity projects and managing multi-disciplinary teams to increase system capabilities.
Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, direct engineering teams, establish KPIs, and communicate with stakeholders regarding advanced navigation research and capability enhancements.
Identify and manage technical risks, develop and implement advanced algorithms, and ensure next-generation navigation solutions meet evolving U.S. Navy operational requirements.
