Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer manages the processes for the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the company in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, and is responsible for ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and conformity to applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Manages the processes for the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Ensures accounting and reporting policies are followed
• Reviews and determines correct accounting estimates
• Manages external financial reporting activities
• Manages internal financial reporting and analytical activities
• Evaluates and manages the effectiveness of internal controls
• Coordinates examinations by independent public accountants
• Manages the hiring, daily activities, coaching, evaluating, and counseling of reporting staff
• Maintains current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention
• Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations
