Job Description
Seasons Center is seeking a Full-Time Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Specialist to provide FFT services, clinical supervision, and oversight of a team of therapists. The role focuses on providing evidence-based services to youth and families and achieving positive client outcomes. The position requires strong clinical skills, leadership, and communication.
Requirements
- Must have or be eligible for a full, independent Iowa license (LISW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong clinical skills and experience providing treatment to children, families, and individuals mental illnesses
- Some travel is required
- Valid driver’s license
