SeatGeek is seeking a CRM Associate to join its CRM marketing team. The role involves experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs, project-managing and deploying retention messaging strategy, and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing
- High proficiency and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Simon Data) and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, Push, SMS)
- Exceptional attention to detail that can catch even the most minor mistake
- Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions
- Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality, that is always ideating more ways to be operationally efficient and scale marketing programs
- Clear, effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
