Job Description
Busch Gardens is seeking an Assistant Supervisor, Food & Beverage to provide exceptional guest service, lead a team, and ensure a positive experience for park guests.
Requirements
- Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction
- Lead a team to deliver superior guest service
- Supervise and train ambassadors
- Monitor food and equipment temperatures, and take appropriate action
- Authorizes ambassador over-rings
- Monitor food waste and assist with educating ambassadors on waste procedures
