Busch Gardens is seeking an Assistant Supervisor, Food & Beverage to provide exceptional guest service, lead a team, and ensure a positive experience for park guests.

Requirements

• Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction
• Lead a team to deliver superior guest service
• Supervise and train ambassadors
• Monitor food and equipment temperatures, and take appropriate action
• Authorizes ambassador over-rings
• Monitor food waste and assist with educating ambassadors on waste procedures
