Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination, preferably in a high growth environment
• Exceptional and out of the box sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and build a consistent pipeline within an engineering organization
• Familiarity with Lever or equivalent ATS experience
