This position is for a Funeral Assistant, responsible for supporting funeral preparation, organization, and service. The role involves assisting funeral directors, families, and ensuring a professional and respectful environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with funeral services, handling paperwork, client interaction, and maintaining facilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work compassionately and professionally with families
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly during transport and service preparation
- Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
