Security Properties Residential has an opening for a Maintenance Technician II to ensure property maintenance problems and repairs are diagnosed and resolved for residents.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, apartment maintenance a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polite and professional approach, and WOW customer service skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.
