Lead Software Engineer, DevOps

We are hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer to build our culture of operational excellence. In this role, you will integrate CI/CD, security, and observability tools and automation for our Kubernetes-based multi-cloud environment, as well as rallying your teammates toward best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems architecture
• Experience implementing CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation
• Additional desirable experience: Track record implementing security controls and vulnerability management, Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis, Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform CDKTF, Experience with AWS and/or Azure, Experience with IL4/5+ and/or NIST 800-171
