The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is seeking an Account Manager to join their Relationship Management and Client Service team. As an Account Manager, you will develop, maintain and expand client relationships, provide exceptional client experience, and manage client and internal expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years investment management/operational experience (Traditional or Alternative)
- Strong team building skills
- Excellent Client Service skills built around the SEI Client Experience Principles
- Proven project management skills
- Self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of your time
- Drive to learn new systems and concepts
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Positivity and genuine interest in assisting colleagues and clients
- Curiosity and critical thinking
