
Job description
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our Sales and Customer Service division in our Southeast region. The ideal candidate will embody strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and will strive to provide excellent service to our customers.
Provide world-class customer care to both internal and external customers, engage in regional customer support activities, communicate with customers and sales representatives, and resolve standard and in-region problems.
This job might be for you if you have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, an associate degree or related business experience, strong computer skills, and can travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
