Requirements

• Manage and direct capital engineering projects of varying size and scope
• Develop and submit capital appropriation requests
• Lead project scopes, preliminary budgets, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• Ensure project designs meet all engineering criteria
• Work with equipment vendors to obtain and evaluate competitive proposals
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate engineering solutions
• Oversee contractors and manage field installation of processing systems
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests or Pre-Delivery Inspections at suppliers' sites
• Promote and support safety protocols for contractors and team members
