Senior Counsel, Contracts responsible for developing and overseeing the contract management process at Lactalis USA. Key duties include drafting and negotiating complex agreements, supporting strategic initiatives, and handling commercial contracts and issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, and at least one bar admission.
• 7+ years law firm and/or in-house commercial law experience handling a variety of transaction types.
