Water Treatment Operator

Role Overview

Select's Water Treatment Operator will safely and satisfactorily perform the work assigned at the locations of the company. The role requires understanding of basic oil field chemistry and working at heights of 15' or greater to confirm tank levels and perform necessary maintenance.

What You Will Do

The Water Treatment Operator will lay and pick up poly line, run transfer pumps, and perform lab testing for H2S, ORP, pH, Turbidity, TSS, iron, residual chemical, and TPH/TOG. They will also dose chemicals, load and unload pipe and equipment, and communicate with other workers and companies.

The ideal candidate will have one year of water treatment experience and/or equivalent training, with outstanding organizational and time management skills. They must be detail-oriented, possess excellent oral and written communications skills, and be able to thrive in a team environment.

Requirements
