Events Senior Supervisor

Selecta is hiring a Hospitality Supervisor to join their team at Canary Wharf and Blackfriars, supporting clients who want to create an inspiring and rewarding work environment. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of four.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in conferencing, events, corporate hospitality, hotels, or premium front-of-house settings
• Strong organisational skills, adept at rota management, resource planning, and live event oversight
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
