The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent development and a proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent development
- Proven success hiring and developing high-performing talent
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and performance systems
- Proficiency with HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.) and knowledge of HR compliance and payroll
- A track record of thriving in high-growth or performance-driven environments
