Finance Manager – FP&A & Strategy

We are looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen the Finance and Management Control structure, working as a strategic partner of the CEO and senior management. The ideal candidate has 8/10 years of experience in Financial Services, analytical skills, and a pragmatic approach.

Requirements

• 8/10 years of experience in the Financial Services world
• Strategic exposure in complex and high-intensity decision-making contexts
• Ability to interact with top management as a business partner
• Experience in managing Finance teams and defining efficient organizational models
• Analytical skills, comprehensive vision, and synthesis orientation
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Italian is an essential requirement
