Management Analyst / Business Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Conduct comprehensive data analysis, develop business models and visualizations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project management activities, perform forecasting and sales analysis, facilitate business analysis sessions, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce
• Strong business analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic recommendations
• Excellent analysis skills complemented by expertise in analytics, business intelligence tools, and process improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and business performance metrics
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management or analytics are a plus
