Senior NPI Product Engineer

We are seeking an NPI Product Engineer to support new product development from early concept through to production release, working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop deep technical expertise across product engineering, characterisation, test strategy, yield optimisation, and manufacturing readiness.

Requirements

• Support NPI programs from concept through product release and manufacturing transfer
• Define Design for Testability (DfT) and Design for Manufacturability (DfM) requirements
• Contribute to product characterisation, PVT correlation, datasheet validation, and statistically driven test limit definition
• Support wafer-level and bench characterisation activities, including data analysis across process, voltage, and temperature variations
• Assist in yield modelling, DOE planning, test time optimisation, and identification of yield improvement opportunities
• Support manufacturing quality monitoring, failure analysis, and root cause investigations for production and field returns
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across test coverage, guard-banding, and cost reduction activities
