Engineer

Sensient Technologies is looking for a results-driven Engineer I to join their team as the link between Engineering, Production, and Quality. The role involves leading the implementation of new processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is preferred
• Experience working at another food manufacturing facility to understand GMPs and food safety practices
• History of successful project implementation
• Ability to communicate with peers, management, plant employees, and contractors
• Capable to multi-task numerous projects and understand the urgency around them
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
