Engineer I

Sensient Technologies is seeking an Engineer I to join their team as the link between Engineering, Production, and Quality. The Engineer will lead the implementation of new processes, ensure compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Further develop Amboy's KPIs and key process parameters to effectively monitor and measure the performance of the process and use these measures to drive improvement.
• Identify other cost reductions and resource efficiency opportunities.
• Supports capital project planning by providing input to capital plans and prioritization & giving inputs that support the business cases.
• Troubleshoot the Amboy processes, including support the determination of root causes, for example in determining reasons behind first pass quality failures.
• Utilize Six Sigma or Kaizen to drive process improvement (training will be provided/required if not already certified)
