
Job description
Sentar is seeking a Technical Recruiter to proactively source and engage candidates for technical roles such as cyber, IT, intelligence, software engineering and development, and systems engineering. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of recruiting experience, with government/DoD recruiting exposure, and strong ability to interpret technical requirements and screen candidates effectively.
The Technical Recruiter will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, perform phone screens and technical pre-qualifications, and build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
This role is a great fit for individuals who are highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable initiating conversations with passive candidates. The Technical Recruiter will contribute to reduced time-to-fill and improved strength of hire, and will have opportunities for professional development and growth.
