Supervisor, Central Communications role oversees emergency and non-emergency communications operations, leading frontline team members and making real-time operational decisions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Five (5) years of experience in emergency or nonemergency communications, call center operations, or a high-volume, 24/7 operational environment
- Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) (Preferred)
- Emergency Telecommunicator Certification (ETC) (Preferred)
- FEMA ICS courses (Preferred)
