We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be the first line of defense for developers and businesses building on Sent. You'll resolve technical issues, guide customers through complex integrations, and make sure they're successful on the platform.
Resolve technical issues, own the customer experience, escalate effectively, build internal knowledge, and surface product feedback.
