Job Description
The National Work Group Leader (WGL) is a senior strategic leadership role at Senversa, a wholly Australian, employee-owned team of highly qualified professionals delivering civil, environmental, and ground engineering services across Australia. The WGL will lead the development and successful implementation of workgroup and company strategies, building the company's engineering offering and promoting a positive and innovative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering, or Engineering Geology
- Registered Practicing Engineer, Chartered Engineer or similar
- Experience in similar technical and leadership roles
- Dedication to Health and Safety
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solutions focus and partnership orientation
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and deliver financial performance
- Lateral thinking, problem solving and strong collaboration and team working abilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers, direct reports and clients
