Field Service Technician - Separation Equipment (Madison, WI)

Field Service Technician – Industrial Equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges, troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues, and provide onsite technical support and customer training. Travel to customer sites across the Midwest.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (reports, email, documentation)
• Ability to travel up to ~75%
• Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours rotation
