Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our local Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the division.

What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality insights, support data-driven decision-making, and enable operational and strategic improvements. Prepare financial reporting packages, conduct variance analyses, and build financial models.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, or a related analytical function
• Proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong skills in financial modelling and Excel
• Experience working with ERP and reporting systems (SAP, OneStream is a plus)
• Master or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Solid understanding of core finance principles and financial statements
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
