Role Overview

As the Enterprise Applications Manager at Septentrio, you will lead the transformation of business processes by aligning technology with key business strategies. You’ll gain a holistic view of Septentrio’s organization and will be responsible for spearheading the improvement and digitalization of critical business workflows.

You will lead the effort to translate complex business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives that align with Septentrio’s broader business goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or economics or equivalent by experience
• 10+ years of experience in ERP Systems
• Proven leadership experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to strategize and implement large-scale business improvements

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical acumen
