
Job description
Assist with LOA document preparation, research, and administration in close collaboration with LOA Specialists. Manage LOA case queue and facilitate training of internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare LOA documents, research legislative changes, proofread and manage documents, and assist with LOA case management.
Requires 1-2 years of LOA exposure and/or LOA claims processing experience, with 5+ years of administration or HR experience. Must have general knowledge of federal, state, and local leave requirements and laws.
