
Job description
As a Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting operations by handling key client tasks, delivering efficient workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the success of our mid-enterprise group markets. This role focuses on non-client-facing duties, involving handling policy documentation, managing client records, and supporting client service deliverables.
Monitor competitors and market positioning to inform strategic initiatives, process, organize, and maintain client files, policy documents, and claims data, and generate reports on policy renewals, claims status, and other metrics.
You are a highly detail-oriented and organized professional with the ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams at once, and have expertise in analysis, combined with strong administration and project management skills.
