Serán is seeking a Controller to support business growth, ensuring accurate financial tracking and communication. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in medium-large firms, with expertise in manufacturing and project-based accounting.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Ability to close a monthly period's financial results and presentation
• Strong facility with accounting software and enterprise systems (SAP experience a strong advantage)
• Exceptional mentoring skills
• Highest integrity and ability to keep company confidences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Multitasks and adjusts priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Excel skills
