Solutions Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop customer-centric solutions that address unique requirements and drive innovation. In this role, you will analyze customer needs to create tailor-made solution concepts, coordinate and implement projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and act as the crucial interface between technology and the customer by translating technical requirements into practical, customer-oriented solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations
• Strong knowledge of intralogistics technologies, systems, and tools
• Experience with layout creation, CAD tools, or intralogistics simulation software
• Proficient in German and English
• Excellent organizational abilities with a structured, independent working style
• Multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to convey complex technical topics in a clear and simple way
• Skilled at guiding and aligning multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer warehouses across Europe
