Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to provide top-notch service to our customers at our centralized call center. This role involves answering inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Call center and auto service department experience preferred
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Basic computer skills and able to type a minimum of 25 wpm
