Job Description

They are seeking a Robotics Field Operations Technician to maintain and support their fleet, ensuring smooth and efficient robot operations. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, deployment, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robots using hardware and software tools.
- Monitor and support robots in the field, resolving operational issues.
- Assist with the deployment and retrieval of robots in and out of market areas.
- Conduct component-level and assembly-level testing to identify performance issues.
- Track, manage, and maintain lab and component inventories.
- Assist merchants, retail staff, and customers during delivery operations.
