Job Description
Responsible for managing and administering SCI’s health & welfare plans, researching, evaluating, and administering company benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Acts as a liaison between vendors and associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or comparable degree
- Five (5) years of experience managing all H&W plans in a large complex environment
